Lamar Cares Fund Deduction Terms and Conditions
- Consent: You voluntarily consent to participate in the wage deduction program for charitable contributions through payroll deductions.
- Authorization: You authorize the Company to deduct the specified amount from your wages per pay period as a charitable contribution to Lamar Cares Foundation.
- Donation Allocation: You understand that the deducted amount will be allocated to Lamar Cares Foundation for their charitable initiatives and causes.
- Revocation of Consent: You may revoke your consent for voluntary wage deductions at any time by providing written notice to the Company. Such revocation will be effective for future pay periods.
- Compliance with Laws: You acknowledge that voluntary wage deductions will be made in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Recordkeeping: The Company agrees to maintain accurate records of voluntary wage deductions and provide you with access to such records upon request.
- Right to Dispute: You retain the right to dispute any voluntary wage deductions that you believe to be incorrect or not in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Company will follow its established procedures for resolving such disputes.
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding voluntary wage deductions for Lamar Cares Foundation and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements.
